New Lebanon- Jason P. DiBello, 42, of Rte. 20 passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 26, 2021 surrounded by his family, at the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield after being stricken at home earlier in the day. Born in Albany Jason was the son of Peter A. DiBello of Clifton Park and Sandra VanBuren DiBello of New Lebanon. Jason grew up in West Stephentown and had resided in New Lebanon since 2018. His working career was as a heavy equipment operator last at Carver Inc. in Albany. Jason was an owner and driver of a pro stock race car at Lebanon Valley for a time. Jason enjoyed fishing, hunting and boating.
Survivors in addition to his mother and father include his sisters Tricia Lee of Chicago, Ill and April (Lee) Catlin of Poestenkill, his grandmother Madeline VanBuren of No. Greenbush and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to call 4-7 pm on Monday, July 5, 2021at the Perry-Komdat Funeral Chapel 2691 NY 43 at Glass Lake Averill Park followed by a service at 7 p.m.
