East Greenbush- Archie V. Kuczynski, 73, of Millers Corners Road, Town of Sand Lake died suddenly on Sunday, October 21, 2018 after embarking on a 7-day cruise. Born in Buffalo Archie grew up in Albany and was a 1963 Graduate of Albany High School. He had resided in Sand Lake for over fifty years. Archie had a career for over 40 years at the Daughters of Charity in Menands where he was a Maintenance Supervisor. After his retirement a job opened up in the transportation department and Archie became a part time driver, a job he held at the time of his death. Archie was a member of the Nassau Sportsman’s Club, he enjoyed Fishing, Hunting and Cruising. Survivors include his beloved wife of 52 years Kathleen Ryan Kuczynski, his daughter Marlo May of Wilton, grandsons Ryan and Brandon May, his brother Ted Kuczynski of North Greenbush and several Nieces and Nephews. Archie’s family wishes to thank the Tobin family and the staff at Yankee Trails World Travel and the staff and crew of the Norwegian Escape for their care and help during this tragic situation.
